The expert council of the Ministry of Industry, Science and Technology visited the VMP plant in Aramil

Representatives of the expert council under the Ministry of Industry and Science of the Sverdlovsk Region visited the VMP plant in Aramil to study the modern production of industrial paintwork materials.

Such meetings mean a lot for the participants, as they give the opportunity to tell how the holding is developing, share challenges, that any industrial enterprise faces one way or another and get support. It is important for the council to see and hear enterprises of the Sverdlovsk Region to support and help with the arising issues and promote the region’s industry and science.

It was the first time the council representatives visited an enterprise of such type as VMP and showed sincere interest in everything they saw. “....We also looked at your economic data – it shows that the enterprise is growing and developing. We were pleasantly surprised by your high-tech, innovative production of industrial paintwork materials. We are grateful to your enthusiastic president and his professional team! We wish further development and success to the whole team and management!”

Reference: The expert council under the Ministry of Industry and Science of the Sverdlovsk Region was created in 1998. The expert council included ex-heads of the largest plants of the middle Urals. Each of them had a vast practical experience in managing enterprises and extensive background to hit the spot and stabilize the situation in industry.
The members of the expert council contributed a lot in solving the problems of the region's enterprises.

Yury Artemyevich Smirnov – Director General, president of the “Uralchemplast” OJSC (1980-2000);

Boris Tikhonovich Frolenko - director of the Sverdlovsk Scientific Research Technological Institute (1981-2009);

Alexandr Nikolaevich Sharkov – Director General of the state unitary enterprise “Uraltranshmash” (1979-2002);

Leonid Nikolaevich Shalimov - director General of the “Avtomatika” SPA named after Semikhatov (1997-2016);

Yuri Nikolaevich Nesterenko – head of the Awards Department of the administration of the Governor of Sverdlovsk Region (2002-2012), executive secretary of the Expert Council (2014 - present).
