The VMP Holding participated in the “Russian Industrialist” Forum

VMP Research and Production Holding became an exhibitor at the Sverlovsk Region’s stand at the “Russian Industrialist” Forum, which was held in St. Petersburg from November 29 to December 1.

“Russian Industrialist” Forum – is a huge congress and exhibition event for the demonstration of innovative industrial equipment, products, companies’ products and technologies to promote them on regional and international markets.

The topic of the forum-exhibition for 2022 was “The new face of the Russian Industry in a Changing World”. The participants discussed the opportunities for the development of interaction between industrial enterprises with the state, Russian and international technological companies, medium and small businesses. The exhibition objectives were to demonstrate modern technologies, materials, innovative solutions for different industrial sectors, search for potential clients and strengthen partnerships.

More than 35 Russian regions, including the Sverdlovsk Region, participated in the exhibition. The regional delegation was headed by the president of the Sverdlovsk Regional Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs Dmitry Pumpyansky and Dmitry Ionin, Deputy Governor of the Sverdlovsk Region. It was the first time when the event was organized by the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (RUIE).

“This is a very important and major event for RUIE, as we hold not only panel discussions but also provide a new format – open meetings of the RUIE’s working bodies – commissions, committees and coordination boards. This has allowed us, firstly, to draw public attention to our vision of how to engage in industrial policy and business support in difficult modern conditions. Secondly, we have additional opportunities to organize В2В- and B2G-meetings. Participation of representatives of federal and regional authorities allows us to assess the effectiveness of tools of industry support and their further adjustment”, said Alexander Shokhin, the president of RUIE.

The exhibition was carried out with the support of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia, the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, the Government of St. Petersburg, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Saint Petersburg, Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Saint Petersburg, and the Union of Machine Engineers of Russia (Saint Petersburg regional department).
