A delegation of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia visited VMP's production site
On December 8, VMP's production site in Aramil hosted the working visit of the delegation of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia headed by Mikhail Yurin (Deputy Minister of Trade and Industry), Anna Trofimova (Deputy Head of the Polymer and Elastomer Materials Industry Development Division of the Department of Chemical Industry of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation), and Aleksander Voronin (Head of the Chemical and Consumer Goods Department of the Ministry of Industry and Science of the Sverdlovsk Oblast).
President of VMP Holding Mikhail Vakhrushev gave a tour around the enterprise. He showed the guests the new laboratory of the research institute, the fire test laboratory, and zinc dust plant.
The delegation members had a chance to make sure that the equipment of the new laboratory for the development of protective materials excels many European universities and research centers. They also got acquainted with the unique technology for production of the superfine zinc dust and learned the peculiarities of testing fire-proof compounds.
President of VMP Holding shared the company's development plans with the representatives of the Russian Government. They discussed the areas of common interest and cooperation opportunities. Mikhail Vakhrushev emphasized that VMP materials are currently successively substituting import products in most industries.
